Scapa Flow - It is proposed to run a trip to Scapa Flow in July 2012. This date has been selected to allow divers to save up for the cost of the trip and also for the club to develop any newly qualified divers throughout 2011 giving them the skills required for this trip.
Full details are to be confirmed but names will be taken on a first come first served basis. We will be looking at 10-12 divers if possible. There will also be a scheme to allow club members to put aside money on a monthly/ad-hoc basis.
There will be a 25% deposit required up front once details are confirmed, however once a name is on the list, should that diver withdraw it will be up to them to find a replacement.
The list is now open, email admin@selbyaquanauts.com if you wish to go. More details will be discussed at the monthly club meetings.

Congratulations to Sean in achieving 2 As and 2 Bs in his exams. He will now be heading off to Bangor to study Marine Biology (and also scouting out dive sites in that area for the club!!)

SELBY AQUANAUTS
Selby Aquanauts have been established for a number of years with the club comprising of a group of like minded people who went diving together.
In 2008 it was decided to bring this group of diving "misfits" under the banner of one diving organisation. After much debate the Sub Aqua Association (SAA) was chosen as the new affiliation for our club.
This website will give you an idea about the club, its members and of course the diving!
There is some brilliant diving to be experienced in Britain, if you join the club you will be welcome on our Club Trips
We meet in the Bay Horse Pub in Selby (Opposite the Post Office) on a Thursday evening from 9 pm so you can pop in for a chat and a pint.
