At the 2009 AGM it was voted in that on the first Thursday of each month, a club meeting will be held where matters that may require a club vote will be discussed.  These matters will be listed on this page along with the date of the meeting where it was discussed.

The relevant matter will be held for 30 days from the date listed for member comment.  The matter will then be voted at the following club meeting. 

All information can be seen in the memembers only area.
